Easy Guacamole

Delicious guacamole in less than 10 minutes

  • 2 or 3 ripe Hass avocados, halved and pitted
  • 1/2 chopped red onion, about 1/2 cup
  • 1 diced small tomato
  • 2 diced garlic cloves
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Cilantro to taste


  • Scoop the flesh from the avocados and mash it in a molcajete to the desired consistency. Add the lime juice to prevent the avocados from browning.
  • Add the tomato, red onion, garlic and the cilantro. Mix everything together.
  • Add the salt.
  • Serve with lime tortillas.


You can also add chili peppers to give it an extra kick!
