Combine all the ingredients, except the chicken, in a food processor. Process it until the consistency of a paste.
Transfer the marinade to a resealable plastic bag and add the chicken, tossing it around so it gets coated with the marinade. Seal the bag and marinate the chicken in the fridge overnight.
Preheat your oven at 375F degrees for at least 15 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and transfer to a baking dish, skin side up.
Bring it to the oven for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and the skin is brown and crispy.
