Easy Guacamole

Delicious guacamole in less than 10 minutes

Ingredients  

  • 2 or 3 ripe Hass avocados, halved and pitted
  • 1/2 chopped red onion, about 1/2 cup
  • 1 diced small tomato
  • 2 diced garlic cloves
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Cilantro to taste

Instructions 

  1. Scoop the flesh from the avocados and mash it in a molcajete to the desired consistency. Add the lime juice to prevent the avocados from browning.
  2. Add the tomato, red onion, garlic and the cilantro. Mix everything together.
  3. Add the salt.
  4. Serve with lime tortillas.

Notes

You can also add chili peppers to give it an extra kick!
