- Variety of Charcuterie, such as prosciutto, salami, soppressata, spicy chorizo, mortadella.
- Two to three cheeses - One firm, like Parmigiano-Reggiano, and one soft, like fresh mozzarella, burrata or brie.
- Blue Diamond Gourmet Almonds - your favorite varieties

- Olives
- Pickles or cornichons
- Spreads, jams or dips - like mustard, hummus and fig jam or honey
- Fresh fruit - Whatever is in season!
Instructions
Arrange the meat and cheeses on a large (or several small) wood board or platter.
Add the ingredients that go in jars or bowls to the board, like olives and spreads. You might also want to add an empty bowl if you are serving pitted olives.
Add the crackers.
Fill in the empty spaces with the remaining ingredients: nuts, pickles and fruit.
