Wash the vegetables

PRE-PREPARATION

Preheat OVEN TO 450ºF with the top rack positioned about 4-6” away from the broiler.

STEP 1

Cook the potatoes.

STEP 2

Make the garlic butter.

STEP 3

Arrange vegetables on a greased sheet pan.

STEP 4

Drizzle half of the garlic butter and toss.

STEP 5

Roast for 20 minutes.

STEP 6

Add seasoned steaks and drizzle with remaining butter.

STEP 7

Broil for 3-4 minutes per side.
