Gabriela Yogurt Parfaits

Ingredients  

  • One 17.5oz Greek Yogurt container
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 can of sliced peaches, chopped
  • 1 can of apricot halves, chopped
  • Granola, preferably homemade

Instructions 

  1. In a medium bowl, add the yogurt, the heavy cream, the brown sugar and the vanilla. Whisk to combine. Cover and take it to the fridge for around 20 minutes.
  2. Assemble your parfaits in parfait glasses in this order: 2 Tbsp granola, 2 Tbsp fruit, 2 Tbsp yogurt. Repeat until the glass is full. Finish with yogurt, fruit and granola on top.
  3. Enjoy your parfaits for breakfast or brunch! :-)
