Homemade Irish Cream

Ingredients  

  • 1 1/2 cups Irish whiskey, or to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 14 ounces can sweet condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon instant espresso powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Instructions 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds, until smooth.
  • Pour into a bottle and refrigerate until ready to use. It keeps for about a month.
  • Shake well before serving. It is great on the rocks!
