Tapioca Pudding with Guava Sauce and Coconut Flakes

Ingredients  

  • 1 22oz container of Kozy Shack's Tapioca Pudding
  • 1 cup guava paste, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup water
  • Coconut flakes

Instructions 

  • Combine the guava paste and the water in a sauce pan and cook, over medium low heat, until the guava paste melts and the sauce thickens. That will take about 15 minutes! Set it aside to cool.
  • Once the guava sauce is cooled, add tapioca pudding into individual serving bowls and top with guava sauce and coconut flakes.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate overnight.
